Location: 2432 Fortune Dr, Lexington Ky

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - completion of daily tasks

Pay: $16.00 per hour during training, then piece rate; which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Job Summary:

The Mailroom Floater is responsible for providing flexible and consistent support across various departments to ensure the efficient handling, processing, and distribution of documents as well as maintaining supply inventories. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relocate/move supplies and mail throughout the building
• Rotate through various functional areas within the mailroom
• Incoming and outgoing mail handling
• Maintain compliance with internal protocols for document confidentiality and security
• Operate equipment such as scanners, copiers, postage meters, and tracking systems
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to coordinate timely and secure document flow
• Provide administrative support and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge (PC navigation, using common software)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to lift and carry up to 30lbs
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to follow detailed sorting procedures
• Dependable, organized, and able to stay focused
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work on rotation and shift between tasks and workstations with ease

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600 - $33,250
