Test and Product Engineer
| - Non-conforming materials management, analysis and disposition |
| - Perform test program debugging , revisions and optimization |
| - Analysis and improvement of Device/product yield |
| - Test optimization and improvements |
| - Review and revision of process and product specifications |
| - Lead technicians and manufacturing line personnel in implementing quality controls and procedure |
| - Collaboration with operations team on product and yield issues |
| - Establish close loop communications with BU and FAB engineering on product yield performance and improvements |
| - BS Engineering, preferrably major in Electronics or Electrical |
| - Experience in test or product engineering |
| - Knowledgeable in different testing methodologies is an advantage |
| - Working knowledge on any Automated Test Equipment |
| - Knowledgeable on statistical process control and problem solving methodologies |
| - Analytical with good verbal and oral communication skills |
| - Team Player |
