Senior Engineer - Test

EM Test Engineering team is looking for a Senior Test Engineer located in Suzhou China to support the Probe/Test operations for AMG in China, mainly for the OSATs listed below.

1. JCAP
2. NanTong TongFu ( NTTF )
3. HuaTien KunShan and HuaTien NanJing

• Managing Probe/Test Operation tasks and activities at subcons in China
• Maverick lot dispositions
• On-site troubleshooting for Test production/project activities
• Continuous yield analysis and improvements including test backend
• Responsible for major subcons KPI including
  • MPE cycle time
  • Lot Reject Rate

1. At least 3 years of experience about Semicondutor projects or sustaining activities.
2. Familiar with Test Cell knowledge
3. Familiar with Test Operation Flow
4. Familiar with Probe Docking/Interface Setup
5. Being familiar with VDA 6.3 audit process is a plus.
6. Proficient English is a MUST
7. Capable of coordination and communication among multinational teams to deliver results
8. Organized, Focuses on facts & open-minded with integrity in all aspects.
