Family Medicine Physician

Mayo Clinic Health System is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our established primary care practice in Sparta, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a stable, high-quality Family Medicine group supported by the resources and expertise of Mayo Clinic Health System.

Position Highlights

• Fulltime outpatient practice or a mix of outpatient/hospitalist practice (optional) 
• Minimum 4½ workdays per week
• Full backup from all subspecialties

The Sparta Clinic receives support from Mayo Clinic Health System's main clinic and hospital in La Crosse, Wisconsin, located just 30 miles away. For physicians interested in hospitalist care, Sparta Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital that offers:

Qualifications: Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine and have or able to obtain a Wisconsin Medical License.
