Assistant Manager

• Lead end-to-end Fixed Asset accounting and governance activities across the asset lifecycle.
• Manage asset capitalization, CWIP/CIP monitoring, and timely project closure.
• Oversee monthly depreciation runs and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Perform Fixed Asset to General Ledger reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Manage asset transfers, retirements, disposals, and write-offs in compliance with company policies.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audit requests and address audit observations.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence within the Fixed Asset function.
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure accurate asset accounting and governance.
• Lead physical asset verification.

Bachelors or Masters Degree in commerce or finance or semi-qualified professional accountant (Graduate (Finance) , Post-Graduate (Finance), MBA, CA Intermediate 4 - 6 Years
