Responsible for processing transactions according to client SLAs and documented procedures. Ensure targets are met and transaction quality complies with predefined standards. Work within strict deadlines to exceed expectations for process metrics and customer satisfaction.

Involves a low degree of decision-making, requiring the application of general business understanding and process training. Business rules are fully defined, limiting discretion. Training and ramp time are moderate (2-3 weeks). Standard communication formats are expected. Average handling time (AHT) is low (1-5 minutes), with transactions beyond scope escalated to the next level. Involves minimal financial, business, or regulatory compliance decisions.
