- 0-2 years’ experience on HR backend operations in Hire to Retire Life Cycle
- Any non-accounting process experience also holds good
- Good knowledge of Hire to Retire processes & applications in the US/UK market
- Should be good in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good Communicational, Interpersonal, Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to understand business processes & needs
- Able to understand the client’s requirements
- Provide updates to the team
- Self-quality review capability
- Should maintain & adhere to confidentiality and possess high level of integrity
