We're Hiring | Sourcing and Screening Specialist – eClerx Egypt
eClerx Egypt (Maadi) is looking for a Sourcing and Screening Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.
What you'll be doing:
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screening CVs and conducting initial phone/video screenings
- Assessing candidates against role requirements and qualifying them for recruiters
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
- Coordinating with recruiters to support hiring needs across accounts
What we're looking for:
- 0–1 year of experience in sourcing, screening, or recruitment (fresh graduates welcome)
- Good English communication skills — written and verbal
- Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
