Participate in engineering projects related to product evaluation, testing, validation, and certification.

Conduct technical evaluations, data analysis, and problem-solving activities.

Support laboratory testing, report generation, and documentation preparation.

Assist in identifying technical issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.

Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards, regulations, and company procedures.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Graduating in 2027 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university.
- Candidates from Project 985/211 universities or with overseas study experience are preferred.
- Majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrochemistry, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation, or other related disciplines.
- Strong interest in engineering, technology, and innovation, with a solid technical foundation.
- Proficient in English communication and technical reading/writing. CET-4 is required; CET-6 is preferred.
