Prepare agendas, briefing materials, decision papers, and follow-up actions for weekly status meetings, monthly In-Progress Reviews, Contract Review Boards, and other executive governance forums.
- Identify execution risks, trends, corrective actions, and decisions requiring Government attention; communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
Coordinate with Government and contractor personnel—including requirements owners, CORs, program managers, resource managers, and contracting personnel—to maintain accurate, timely, and actionable management information.
Support continuous process-improvement efforts that enhance transparency, consistency, and lifecycle management of the ASA (FM&C) contract portfolio.
