Senior Analyst, Logistics-Customs

Responsible for managing daily import and export operations, with a key focus on Bonded Zone operations and bonded goods management. Ensure timely customs clearance, accurate documentation, smooth shipment execution, and compliance with applicable customs and trade regulations.

1. Prepare customs clearance documentation for import and export shipments. Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant customs clearance.
2. Coordinate with supplier, customers and relevant internal and external parties to obtain shipment information and requirements. Arrange packing, transportation, and other logistics activities in a timely manner.
3. Coordinate with Planning, GBF, and Logistics teams and customer to ensure on-time shipment and delivery.
4. Manage daily import and export operations, resolve operational issues, track shipments, obtain customs pre-alerts, and review customs documentation for accuracy and completeness.
5. Prepare shipping instructions, required licenses/certificates, and customs documentation. Coordinate with forwarders for pickup arrangements and vessel/flight bookings.
6. Stay up to date with customs and tax laws and regulations to ensure compliant and smooth import and export operations.
    

1.    Familiar with related import/export and BHW operation process.
2.    Familiar with international trade related knowledge.
3.    Familiar with relevant customs and tax related legal knowledge.
4.    Be familiar with im/ex procedure of China Customs and BHW Customs. 
5.    Good communication skill with outside agencies
6.    Good inter-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
7.    Good English skill in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
