Little Leaders Childcare are seeking to appoint a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who will work within the baby room caring for children from 6 months – 2yrs.

You will care and support babies in their development, working within a team to provide high-quality childcare to the children all year. 

Your responsibilities

• Supporting the babies with their routines, sleep, learning and development within the busy baby room. 
• Working within a team and building relationships with parents. 
• Carrying out observations to help support the children’s development. 

What you will need:

• Level 3 or above childcare qualification
• Experience of working within a baby room
• Caring and nurturing nature to support the younger children
