  • Manage client relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, addressing concerns, communicating operational updates, and maintaining a strong, service-focused partnership.
  • Coordinate staffing and scheduling: Oversee schedules, staffing levels, shift coverage, and attendance to support uninterrupted site operations.
  • Drive training and performance: Lead officer onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching to maintain a capable and professional security team.
  • Maintain security standards: Conduct site inspections, review procedures, identify potential security risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies: Take charge of operational issues, conduct initial investigations, and ensure timely reporting and appropriate follow-up.
  • Oversee administrative functions: Review incident reports, approve timekeeping and payroll, maintain accurate records, and complete required operational documentation.
  • Promote exceptional customer service: Ensure Security Officers provide a professional, welcoming, and responsive experience for executives, employees, visitors, and vendors.
  • Support continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve site procedures, team performance, and overall service delivery.
