Patient Access Representative
About the role
Work Schedule:
- Week 1 & 2 / Monday & Friday 8:00am-6:30pm
- Week 3 / Wednesday 2:30pm-6:30pm / Thursday 10:00am-6:30pm / Saturday 8:00am-3:30pm.
- You will work at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford with coverage at Belvidere Hospital as needed
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred
- Associate's Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field. Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field. Required
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field. Preferred
- Experience in providing a high level of customer service. Required
- Experience operating office machines such as personal computers, fax machines, photocopier, and document scanners. Required
