About the Role

As APM Terminals continues to expand across Asia and the Middle East (ASME), to support the growth of our Laldia Container Terminal (LCT) business and help shape and strengthen our regional workforce.

Based in Bangladesh - Chittagong , you will partner closely with business leaders and People Partners across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and our headquarters in The Hague. You will drive end-to-end hiring across both frontline and professional roles, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes and a positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to contribute beyond recruitment delivery. You will support hiring strategy discussions, build proactive talent pipelines, strengthen talent attraction initiatives, and help continuously improve recruitment practices in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Hiring Managers and People Partners to deliver end-to-end recruitment processes across assigned functions and geographies.
Source and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing strategies and targeted talent attraction activities.
Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and business needs.
Act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing market insights and supporting proactive workforce planning discussions.
Build, maintain, and nurture talent pools and pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
Monitor external talent market trends and recruitment developments to support informed hiring decisions.
Identify opportunities to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement by highlighting opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.
Represent APM Terminals at career fairs and relevant talent acquisition events.

What We Are Looking For

Solid hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within a complex international organization.
Experience recruiting for both office-based and frontline/non-office-based roles, ideally within transport and logistics, engineering, or supply chain environments.
Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities, with a passion for identifying and attracting talent.
Candidate-centric approach with a commitment to delivering a positive recruitment experience.
Forward-thinking, agile, and data-driven mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative working style and the ability to build productive relationships across a complex stakeholder landscape.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively.
Structured and organized approach with a focus on delivering results within agreed timelines.
Fluency in English.
