Road Freight Procurement & Pricing Manager

We are DP World, a leading global provider of end-to-end supply chain and logistics solutions. We are looking for a Road Freight Procurement & Pricing Manager to lead pricing and procurement activities, develop strong carrier partnerships, and drive profitable growth across our road freight business.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop competitive and profitable pricing solutions for FTL, LTL, groupage and multimodal road freight services.
• Build and maintain a strong carrier network across Turkey, Europe, CIS and the Middle East, negotiating competitive purchasing agreements.
• Manage pricing processes for customer requests, RFQs and tenders, ensuring alignment with business strategy and profitability targets.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, transport costs and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Monitor revenue, gross profit, margins and team KPIs, supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance teams to develop customer-focused solutions and support business growth.
• Evaluate carrier performance, manage supplier relationships and resolve service or cost-related issues.
• Lead and develop the Road Freight Pricing team, promoting employee engagement, performance and professional growth.
• Prepare management reports and contribute to strategic planning and regional growth initiatives
   

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in freight forwarding, international road freight or transportation pricing.
• Strong knowledge of FTL, LTL, groupage, multimodal transportation, carrier procurement and tender management.
• Good understanding of European, CIS and Middle Eastern transport markets, as well as relevant customs and road freight regulations.
• Proven leadership experience, with strong commercial, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and good command of MS Office.
• Strong planning, organizational and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
