Field Service Specialist - F&B

We are looking for a

Service Technician Food & Beverage:

How you'll make an impact:

• Implementation of our service concept in the field of food technology, e.g. in the form of routine visits to check the chemical concentration, the functionality of our dosing equipment and the cleaning results
• Coordination with the customer's laboratories on microbiological issues
• Development and implementation of customer-specific solutions to problems
• Conducting presentations and customer training
• Sales-oriented project work for corporate account customers
• Management and maintenance of customer-related data, report preparation and independent weekly planning

Qualifications:

• Qualified training in the field of food technology (preferably academic training or vocational training with relevant additional qualifications, e.g. technician)
• Several years of practical experience in the field of food production or processing (especially dairy)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills and a structured and independent way of working
• A high degree of problem-solving orientation, flexibility and time management
• Excellent knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
• Routine handling of MS Office programs
• Driver's license and willingness to travel (regional)
