                 Purchasing Senior Analyst

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Procurement of items viz sheet metal cabinets, wire harness, fuses, switchgear, Class C items etc.
• Basic knowledge of buying import material from overseas suppliers. 
• Releasing of POs w.r.t. MRP released by Planning Department.
• Follow-up and coordination with Suppliers for timely delivery (On time Delivery) of material
• Inventory Optimization, Controlled day-wise incoming material for space optimization at plant  
• Other tasks: Supplier OTD (Delivery Rating), Buying Plan estimation, monitoring & control, Open POs monitoring, etc. 
• Knowledge of Imports & Shipment Terms, Customs Clearance.
• Hands-on Experience in Supplier Management, Material Ordering, Tracking 
• Need Knowledge in Import procedures.
• Domain – Electronics
• Basic Experience in Oracle / SAP

Exp range : 3 to 5yrs

Location : Ambernath

Interview : 1st Virtual & 2nd F2F

General shift  - 9:00AM to 5:30PM , 6 Day week.

Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics / Electricals)

Notice period : 30days

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering Diploma / Degree, Material Management Degree/ Diploma.
• Minimum 3-5 Years experience in Purchase dept.
