Centrifuge Mechanic

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Centrifuge Disassembly
2.  Electrical experience 
3.  Some Welding
4.  Measuring parts with calipers and micrometers
5.  Cleaning work area and organizing work area
6.  Final assembly

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Loading and unloading equipment
2.  Balancing of centrifuges
3.  Pre-inspection of equipment

1.  Mechanical aptitude

Training required during and after probationary period is met. List training, how training will be accomplished and required time schedule:

1.  Fork lift training
2.  Over head crane

Must follow all safety and environmental policies and programs; must be able to use personal safety devices as required by company policy; report any activities that could be detrimental   to safety and/or the loss of productivity; report any injuries when they occur

Experience with rotating equipment
