Field Service Engineer
About the role
The Field Service Engineer will be a key player in our team. This role involves hands-on work, the engineer will conduct thorough inspections, diagnose issues, and implement timely solutions. They will also collaborate with various teams to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- Perform inspection, installation, commissioning, repair, upgrading, troubleshooting on Rig Equipment
- Fill in necessary job reports, document inspection results, ISO work instructions and checklists required for all work.
- Perform comprehensive electrical and control system diagnostics, identifying and resolving issues.
- Implement corrective measures and provide efficient solutions to ensure equipment reliability.
- Provide onsite technical support, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations during all field operations.
- Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experiences
- Familiar with Electrical Regulations and Standards relevant to Oil Industry
- Prepared for deployment on short notice to travel and work on oil and gas drilling rigs
- Good written and verbal communications skill English and Bahasa
- Preference for candidates with work experience in Siemens, ABB controls and Amphion system
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), and proficient in using internet email services (Microsoft Outlook)
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
- Hard worker, honest and disciplined
