About the role

Looking for Philippines-based candidates

Job Role: AI Marketing & Operations Specialist / AI Implementor

Compensation range: $1,200 AUD - $1,500 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is:

We are an acquisition-focused business operator actively buying companies in. We move fast, we run lean, and we are building the AI infrastructure to give us an unfair advantage in deal flow, outreach, and communications.

Role Overview:

Our client is a growing, founder-led business building smarter ways to work with AI. We are looking for a hands-on AI Implementor who loves turning real business problems into working automations. She is also a speaker and coach.

You will build and run the AI and automation stack that turns one founder into a full operation. Every manual task that can be removed, you remove. Every workflow that can be automated, you automate. Every output, whether a video, a LinkedIn message, a funnel or a logged receipt, sounds and looks like it came from the founder, because you built a system trained on their voice and standards.

This is not a coordinator role. You are in the tools every day, building, monitoring, fixing and improving. The result is a set of AI employees that run without daily supervision and a Notion dashboard where everything the business is doing is visible in one place, without anyone needing to log into five different platforms to find out what is happening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discovery & solution design: Interview business owners, map their workflows, identify the problems worth solving and recommend the best automation approach.
  • Email management automation: Build systems that sort, summarise, draft and route emails so the team stays on top of the inbox.
  • Social media automation: Create AI-powered workflows that plan, generate, schedule and publish social content consistently.
  • Client communication flows: Automate call summaries, follow-up emails and reminders so every client conversation leads to a clear next step.
  • Lead funnels & landing pages: Use AI tools to build high-converting funnels and landing pages, hosted on Cloudflare, with automated follow-up sequences.
  • AI agents on messaging channels: Connect AI agents to WhatsApp and Telegram to keep clients engaged and on track.
  • Product prototyping: Build and test proof-of-concept automations for a new product idea, iterating quickly based on results.
  • Documentation: Keep clear notes and simple guides for every build so the team can use and maintain them with confidence.
  • Social media and video production: Build automated content workflows, edit short-form videos, and use AI tools to repurpose content while maintaining consistent branding and the founder’s voice.
  • Lead generation and GoHighLevel automation: Build and manage LinkedIn outreach sequences, landing pages, lead funnels, CRM workflows, and automated follow-ups.
  • Notion workspace and integrations: Maintain Notion as a central workspace for content, leads, tasks, and financial tracking, integrating tools to automate data entry and reporting.
  • Brand voice and quality control: Maintain AI prompts and brand guidelines, implement approval checks, monitor automation performance, and set up alerts to catch errors or off-brand content.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience building AI-driven automations for marketing and operations, with real examples you can walk us through.
  • Strong working knowledge of automation platforms such as Make, n8n or Zapier, plus APIs and webhooks.
  • Experience in lead generation automation is required.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) and building AI agents or assistants.
  • Experience building landing pages and funnels with AI-assisted tools and deploying them on Cloudflare.
  • Experience integrating with WhatsApp and Telegram (APIs or bot frameworks).
  • Experience with Linkedin and creating automations for outreach
  • A consultative mindset: you ask great questions, listen closely and translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Self-motivation and drive. You find the next thing to build, take ownership and keep work moving with minimal direction.
  • Clear written and spoken English, comfortable explaining technical ideas to non-technical founders.

Highly Desirable

  • GoHighLevel experience (workflows, funnels, CRM automations).
  • Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or similar.
  • A background in digital marketing, content or growth.
  • Experience working with Australian small businesses or startups
  • Experience building automated content workflows, editing short-form videos, and using AI tools to repurpose content while maintaining consistent branding and brand voice is highly desirable.

What Success Looks Like:

  • The team spends less time on inbox management and manual social posting and edit.
  • Every client call flows straight into a summary, follow-up and reminder without anyone lifting a finger.
  • New funnels and landing pages go live quickly and capture and nurture leads automatically.
  • The product prototype is tested, measured and ready for its next decision point on the way to becoming a sellable product.

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
  • Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
