mthree is seeking a Production Support Engineer to join a highly regarded Multinational Investment Bank and Financial Services Company.

 

Job Description:

Role: Production Support Engineer

Team: RPE

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office from day 1)

 

What you’ll bring

• 4 to 6 years of enterprise experience in large distributed environments
• Deep Linux administration skills, ideally Red Hat
• Strong TCP/IP, networking and security troubleshooting
• Experience with monitoring tools, SLAs, metrics and alerts
• Solid grounding in Change and Problem Management
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to teach others

 

Nice to have

• Python or Perl and shell scripting
• Experience automating workflows
