In this role, you will:
- Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs from strategy through delivery, aligning multiple teams to measurable business and technology outcomes.
- Establish program vision, scope, milestones, dependencies, governance, and success metrics across interconnected initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, product, architecture, operations, and senior leadership to drive execution, resolve risks, and make informed trade-offs.
- Build and maintain operating mechanisms that improve delivery predictability, stakeholder alignment, resource planning, and transparent decision-making.
- Identify systemic delivery, technical, and operational risks; develop mitigation plans; and ensure issues are escalated and resolved effectively.
- Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions that improve program outcomes, while applying familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and AI/ML concepts to real-world products.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Significant experience leading technical programs across multiple teams, services, or technical domains, with ownership extending beyond a single project.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies, delivery risks, governance, executive communication, and cross-functional decision-making.
- Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, data flows, operational constraints, and software delivery practices.
- Experience using data, program metrics, and operational signals to evaluate progress, improve execution, and drive outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Led, coached, and developed a team of six or more Technical Program Managers, and owned TPM coverage across Experience Platform so every critical workstream has a clear owner.
- Experience leading program management for a platform organization whose customers are other engineering teams: design systems, front-end or mobile platforms, developer tooling, or release management.
- Ran intake, prioritization, and adoption programs across consuming teams, and establish the operating rhythm, success metrics, and executive reporting that make the portfolio predictable and decisions data-driven.
- Translated business and product objectives into executable technical plans with engineering, product, and architecture leaders, influencing technical direction without direct authority.
- Apply AI-enabled tools and workflows to how programs are run, and lead the team's responsible adoption of them in line with EG policy.
- Experience leading a distributed team across North America and Europe.
