Salary: £27,248 – £28,704 per year

Gratuities: £351 – £526 per month (average)

We’re looking for a full‑time Senior Waiter who brings confidence, warmth, and polished service leadership to the dining room. As the face of the restaurant, you’ll deliver exceptional service with warmth, confidence, and precision, guiding guests through a refined, ingredient‑focused journey. You’ll bring personality, poise, and a genuine passion for hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and delighted throughout their dining experience.

🍽️ Your Role as Senior Waiter:

• Welcomes guests with warm, genuine hospitality and a professional, confident presence that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience. 

• Leads the section with confidence, grace, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring consistently high standards in a luxury dining environment. 

• Provides seamless, warm, and personalised service that elevates the guest journey and supports exceptional restaurant satisfaction. 

• Works closely with the kitchen, sommeliers, and front‑of‑house colleagues to create memorable, guest‑focused moments throughout service. 

• Maintains impeccable standards of presentation, etiquette, and brand‑aligned behaviour at all times. 

• Contributes to a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and genuine care across the food and beverage team. 

• Upholds the highest standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and luxury hospitality service.
