Manage a section of the maintenance department, ensuring machinery and equipment are maintained for reliable production. Execute preventative maintenance tasks and manage breakdowns efficiently. Assist in planning and resourcing for PPM and maintenance shutdowns. Contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance team. Support the leadership in coordinating the team's workload and professional development. Uphold safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with company policies. Provide leadership and mentoring to team.
