Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, chat with enquiries about hair care, hair colour, skincare and cosmetics.
• Provide personalised product recommendations based on customers’ needs.
• Explain product features, benefits and correct usage clearly and confidently.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow established procedures.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency, with C1 level or above recommended.
• Experience in cosmetics or skincare retail, beauty advisory or a related field
• Ability to explain product information clearly and recommend suitable solutions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and a professional approach.
