Full-time Service Crew Waiter/Waitress

Job Responsibilities
• Greet and seat customers warmly and present the menu
• Take orders accurately and make recommendations
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Handle customer requests and feedback with a positive attitude
• Clear and set up tables, and keep the dining area clean and tidy
• Work with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Process payments and assist with end-of-day closing duties

Job Requirements
• Minimum primary school education or equivalent
• No experience required. Training provided. F&B experience is an advantage
• Friendly, positive, presentable and customer-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long hours
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
