Customer Support Team Leader

What we are looking for:Klarstein has been designing, producing, and selling products in the areas of kitchen appliances, garden & living, sports and consumer electronics since 2005 and is now one of Europe’s largest digital companies including over 400 employees around the globe. Salary 1 200€/gross month + a variable component of approximately €650/month, depending on performance (Hybrid)
Join our Customer Support team and take responsibility for coordinating and developing a team of 15–20 employees, driving productivity, improving processes and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction across multiple markets.
What you will do:
- Coordinating a team of 15–20 Customer Support employees in a multicultural environment.
- Monitoring the productivity and performance of the Customer Support department.
- Managing shift planning, overtime and holiday approvals to ensure uninterrupted customer support coverage for the respective countries.
- Training new employees to ensure they adapt to their roles as quickly as possible.
- Conducting regular weekly one-to-one meetings with team members.
- Regularly assessing employees’ knowledge of products, sales arguments and other relevant skills, evaluating the results and proposing areas for improvement.
- Regularly updating relevant documents and Customer Support manuals on the company intranet.
- Participating in projects focused on supporting sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Continuously identifying and proposing new approaches and opportunities to optimise processes.
What we are looking for:
- Secondary education with a school-leaving certificate.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Team Leader role.
- Previous experience working in Customer Support.
- Fluent Slovak (C2) – mandatory.
- Intermediate English (B2) – mandatory, as English is actively used in daily communication.
- Experience in employee training and development is an advantage.
- Experience in individual or team coaching is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate, engage and develop team members.
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to embrace and communicate change.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and maintain a broad perspective.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
