Medical Billing Supervisor | US HMO | Get a 21K Signing Bonus

Account specific roles & responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end medical billing process, including claim submission, denial management, follow-ups, cash posting, and payment reconciliation.
• Lead, supervise, and provide guidance and coaching to the medical billing team.
• Monitor team productivity, billing accuracy, and performance against established targets.
• Handle escalated billing issues, claim denials, and payment discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with HMO requirements, payer guidelines, and internal procedures.
• Track outstanding claims and accounts receivable to support timely reimbursement.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance team efficiency and billing accuracy.
• Prepare performance reports and provide updates on team progress and operational concerns.

Requirements

• At least 1 - 2 years BPO experience handling US Healthcare account
• With at least 6 months of team lead / supervisory experience

• Good Working knowledge with HMO Billing (Claims, Denials, Cash Postings)
• Knowledge on Revenue Cycle Management/ Accounts Receivable is a PLUS
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Willing to work night shifts
