Program Overview

GDIT delivers critical all‑source intelligence on foreign military and civilian cyber actors, their infrastructure, and the broader ecosystems in which they operate. This intelligence directly supports foundational military intelligence (FMI) requirements for the joint force and aligns with mission portfolios.

On this program, GDIT provides a wide range of analytic and mission‑enabling support to produce operationally relevant FMI and scientific and technical intelligence (S&TI) for cyberspace operations. We support the full intelligence cycle—planning, collection, processing, exploitation, production, and dissemination and perform integrated mission management.

All support is focused on enhancing the customer’s ability to conduct both defensive and offensive cyberspace operations.

Position Overview

The All-Source Infrastructure and Logistics Intelligence Analyst conducts comprehensive analysis of foreign logistics infrastructure, transportation networks, and resource systems to support the Infrastructures and Resources Analysis Program (IRAP).

Responsibilities

  • Produce all‑source intelligence assessments on foreign military and civilian infrastructures, logistics systems, supply chains, strategic mobility, sustainability, and related capabilities
  • Evaluate foreign logistics systems (conventional and non‑conventional), including command structures, organizational relationships, storage facilities, distribution networks, and global transportation networks to identify capacity, vulnerabilities, and dependencies
  • Analyze transportation and logistics systems (roads, rail, bridges, waterways, ports, airfields, storage, depots, maintenance sites) and publish vulnerability assessments of global transportation and logistics control/automation systems
  • Conduct all‑source analytic production and infrastructure/logistics assessments, integrating multiple intelligence disciplines and sources (government and commercial) to deliver detailed reports, network assessments, and intelligence on foreign capabilities, resources, intentions, and networks
  • Analyze energy infrastructures and resources (electric power, oil and gas production, transmission, distribution, reserves) and assess industrial facilities and foreign defense industries (military and strategic)
  • Review economic systems and resources of countries of interest and examine related areas such as water resources, arms transfers, and military materiel identification
  • Obtain, verify, and quality‑check data; research and integrate information from all sources; and present analytic findings using charts, timelines, graphs, and other visual formats
  • Analyze functional and logical infrastructure networks to identify vulnerabilities, weaknesses, interdependencies, and resource allocations; build network depictions and integrate data across infrastructure sectors
  • Develop, update, and maintain specialized knowledge bases, databases, and records covering infrastructure systems and resource characteristics to ensure current holdings on military and civilian infrastructure and resources

Education and Required Experience
