About the role

This is a full-time role, based in Singapore, working 40.25 hours per week.

As our Global Senior Talent Manager, you’ll shape how Dyson identifies, develops and accelerates talent across our global organisation. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on programme leadership, you’ll turn talent insights into action and deliver initiatives with measurable organisational impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Shape robust approaches to identifying and accelerating high-potential talent and future leaders.
  • Design and deliver leadership development experiences that build the capabilities Dyson needs now and for the future.
  • Drive performance management cycles and calibration, equipping leaders to set expectations, give effective feedback and make high-quality talent decisions.
  • Lead enterprise talent programmes across mentoring, coaching, high-potential development and leadership acceleration.
  • Use talent, succession, development and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, translating insight into clear recommendations.
  • Measure and improve the effectiveness of talent programmes through meaningful people and business outcomes.
  • Partner and influence senior leaders and HR teams globally, bringing evidence, challenge and talent expertise to key decisions.

About you

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • 6+ years’ relevant experience across talent management, leadership development, organisational development or learning and development.
  • Strong experience leading succession planning and talent review processes within a complex, international organisation.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and delivering impactful leadership and talent development programmes.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, talent assessment and high-potential identification.
  • Evidence of using people data and insight to influence decisions and improve talent outcomes.
  • Excellent programme and project leadership skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear delivery.
  • Strong facilitation, communication and influencing skills, with confidence partnering senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Experience in a technology, engineering, manufacturing or product-led environment, global leadership development, talent assessment methodologies or coaching would be advantageous.
