The Kids Dentist is looking for a friendly, dependable Patient Service Representative with great customer service skills to join our team in Mequon, WI! Dental office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, enjoys helping people, and is eager to learn.

Position Overview
As a Patient Service Representative, you will help create a positive experience for patients and their families by providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of the dental office. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, responding to patient questions, assisting with treatment plan follow-up, and helping patients understand their financial arrangements.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills, is organized and dependable, and enjoys working as part of a team. Dental office experience is a plus, but we are happy to train someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
