AO Globe Life is expanding our remote team and currently hiring. This opportunity suits recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, or communications, along with anyone who enjoys working in a people-focused, service-driven environment. With full training, inbound client leads, and an established mentorship program, you can build a long-term, meaningful career from anywhere in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training
- Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up
- Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs
- Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs
- Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
Qualifications
- Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required
- Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam
- A service-minded, mission-driven attitude
- Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and people skills
- Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable
- Eligible to work in the United States
