Job Description

Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy delivering excellent service? We are looking for Waiters/Waitresses to join our VIP Emerald Lounge at Madrid Airport. If you would like to be part of a dynamic team and help create memorable experiences for travellers from all over the world, we would love to hear from you.

 

What distinguishes you?

• Ensure a smooth process and an excellent guest experience at the highest level
• Responsibility for the ongoing development of our quality, service and hospitality standards
• Oversee food presentation, monitor food quality and condition, and replenish items as needed.
• Coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure the smooth running of the lounge and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Maintain the quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards expected of a premium service

 

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• Experience in upscale gastronomy, luxury hotel industry or a premium hospitality environment
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is an essential requirement for this position.
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Availability to work fixed morning or afternoon shifts within the following time range: 5:15 AM – 11:45 PM.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• On-site role
