Job title: Mold Set-Up Technician

Job Summary:

Responsible for setting up, changing, operating, and maintaining injection molds and molding equipment to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, remove, and set up molds and adjust machine settings.
• Prepare materials and operate molding and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and assist with repairs.
• Complete setup paperwork and production checklists.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with team members to meet production and quality goals.

1st shift: 6:30 am -2:30 pm M-TH, 6:30 am -3:00 pm FRI

Location: Racine, WI

Job type: temp-to-hire

Salary: $22/hr

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of molding setup experience; apprenticeship preferred.

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer/ERP skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull material carts, stand or sit for extended periods, and bend, reach, and stretch as needed.
