Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Ensure documentation meets required standards and guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies and provide feedback as needed.
• Maintain organized records and track review progress.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Review note sessions for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• At least 6 months BPO experience (Healthcare Account Experience is a PLUS)
• ABA experience is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong system navigation and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
