Join Our Team as a Senior SAP Master Data Management Consultant with German 
 

We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Management Consultant to join our  Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will help customers successfully navigate SAP S/4HANA transformations by defining master data strategies, improving data quality, and delivering effective migration solutions. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in driving successful business transformations.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead and deliver SAP Master Data Management workstreams within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • Define and implement master data strategies that support business goals and long-term data governance.
  • Drive key MDM topics, including Customer Vendor Integration for Business Partners, Material Ledger, and master data quality.
  • Assess data quality, define migration scope, and guide customers in preparing data for SAP S/4HANA.
  • Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Collaborate with functional teams across FI/CO, MM, SD, and other business areas to enable seamless end-to-end processes.

Your Expertise

  • Degree in Informatics, Business Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation projects from a Master Data Management perspective.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Partner concepts, Customer/Vendor Integration, Material Ledger, and data migration.
  • Functional understanding of one or more SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, or FI/CO.
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transition approaches (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield); knowledge of SAP MDG and SAP transformation tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, combined with a willingness to travel.
