Broadstreet Properties is looking for a reliable Journeyperson Plumber / B-Ticket Gas Fitter to handle mechanical service and preventative maintenance across our Winnipeg residential communities. Your contribution to the team includes:

• Perform routine service calls and preventative maintenance across multi-family properties in Winnipeg.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hydronic systems, including commercial boilers, domestic hot water tanks
• Diagnose, test, and repair plumbing and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with on-site regional teams to keep building mechanical systems running smoothly.

What you need to be successful:

• Certification: Red Seal Plumber Certification + Class B Gas Ticket
• Experience: Hands-on experience servicing residential/commercial boilers, domestic hot water equipment
• Driver’s License: Valid Manitoba Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, clear communication skills, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer:
