We are currently operating in over 1,000 locations in over 35 countries, worldwide. Thanks to our growing expansion, we are looking for our shop in Paros, a seasonal Front Office (Shop) Assistant for the period of April to September.
 
 
About the role
The Front Office (Shop) Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting walk-in customers.
  • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Managing email communications and distributing internal memos.
  • Supporting administrative duties including data entry, filing and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintaining the store's visual presentation and operational order to reflect the high standards of Engel and Völkers.
  • Assisting with various ad hoc projects and tasks.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent Greek and English is required; German language skills will be considered a plus.
  • Strong command of MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
  • Cooperative attitude, proactivity and adaptability.
