College Park Dental is looking for an enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team and help us deliver exceptional patient care in a warm, welcoming environment.

🗓️ YOUR SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM–4:00 PM

Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule and predictable hours—no weekends required! 🎉

💰 COMPENSATION

$55–$65/hour + 33% production bonus + annual merrit increase up to 3%!

As a Dental Hygienist at College Park Dental, you’ll play an important role in creating healthy smiles and positive patient experiences.

You’ll:

Provide exceptional preventive and hygiene care
Perform routine cleanings and patient assessments
Educate patients on oral health and proper hygiene techniques
Help patients feel comfortable and cared for
Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment

Responsibilities

Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort0
