About the Role:
Join Camtek's R&D team as a System Engineer, where you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex systems to support the company's cutting-edge projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain system architecture and design documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements.
- Perform system integration and testing to ensure functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in system operations.
- Optimize system performance and ensure scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical, Electro-Optics, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or Mechanical) – required
- M.Sc. in Systems Engineering or equivalent field – advantage
- 5+ years of experience in multidisciplinary system development – required
- Experience with semiconductor equipment, machine vision, or AOI systems - required
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or other high-level programming languages - required
- Fluent English, both written and verbal – required
- Creative, analytical, problem-solving mindset, and strong teamwork skills.
