At Maytronics, the Senior Buyer plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the procurement process to ensure seamless supply chain operations. This position involves strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost-effective purchasing strategies.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet company objectives.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
- Monitor market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
- Analyze supplier performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing supplier contracts.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
