Schedule: Compressed Work Weeks Nightshift
Pay Rate: $19 -$21 Hourly
Onsite Location: Hillsboro, OR
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance tasks in a semiconductor lab environment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting on customer equipment.
- Accurately log activities, track work queues, and navigate customer systems to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Follow detailed work instructions and procedures with strong attention to detail.
- Adhere to customer facility standard operating procedures with a focus on safety, quality, and effective team communication.
- Work in a laboratory environment that requires a combination of sitting and standing for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of completed work.
- May wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.
- Use basic hand tools, power tools, and customer-provided equipment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work independently or within a team structure.
- Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs routinely.
- 1-2 years semiconductor manufacturing or related experience
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
