Description
As a People Recruitment Manager at Plumbing Solutions LLC, you will lead the recruitment efforts to attract top talent and improve hiring processes.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Lead the recruitment team and manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
- Maintain and improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize hiring practices.
- Negotiate employment offers and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
- Proven leadership experience in managing recruitment teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the plumbing or construction industry (Preferred).
