You will guide clients through a professional needs-based process and help them understand life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options.

Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients using company-provided warm leads
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations
Identify client needs through active listening and thoughtful questions
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance coverage
Answer client questions and provide clear next steps
Follow up consistently to support a positive client experience
Maintain organized records and professional communication
Attend regular training and coaching sessions
