As a Member Services Representative, you will work with provided warm leads, schedule client appointments, and help individuals and families navigate life, supplemental health, and accident insurance choices.
Position Responsibilities
Build rapport with prospective clients and members
Schedule virtual consultations
Conduct needs-based conversations
Explain benefit options in a clear, professional way
Follow up to answer questions and provide support
