Position Overview
AO Globe Life is looking for a Client Coverage Specialist to help individuals and families understand insurance coverage designed to support their financial protection. In this remote role, you will connect with prospective clients, conduct virtual needs-based conversations, and explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
You will receive warm leads, structured training, daily mentorship, and the resources needed to grow in a client-focused career.
Responsibilities
Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations
Learn about client needs, goals, and coverage questions
Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
Help clients understand benefits and available services
Follow up consistently to provide an excellent client experience
Keep organized and accurate communication records
Participate in ongoing training and performance coaching
