What You'll Do
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms
Assist individuals and families by providing information about available benefits and coverage options
Build strong relationships through excellent customer service and communication
Follow up with prospective and existing clients
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
Work closely with experienced leaders and mentors to develop professional skills
