Deloitte, the leading and largest professional services firm in the world looking for an audit associate (CPA) for Export Services.

As an Audit & Assurance professional, you have the opportunity to enhance audit quality, provide deep insights, and deliver a differentiated audit.

Location: Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa

Hours & Flexibility: Flexible hours (working with US firm clients) and hybrid/remote options

How your day will look like:

As a full-time audit professional, you'll:

• Deliver audit services to our US clients.
• Work cross-functionally with US and Israel Audit team members to design and execute audit procedures based on the client’s business needs, internal controls, and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Economics & Finance.
• IL CPA, European CPA, ACCA, or CA designation.
• Fluency in English; Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and/or ability to work with AI tools – mandatory
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid virtual/in person environment.
• Demonstrate high level of personal motivation and responsibility, as well as strong communication and project management skills.

Requirements Hebrew

• בוגר/ת תואר ראשון בחשבונאות- חובה
• הסמכת רואה חשבון (CPA) בישראל או הסמכה בינלאומית מקבילה (Chartered Accountant, ACCA וכו')- חובה
• ניסיון עם ביקורות לפי תקני PCAOB ו/או AICPA
• הבנה עסקית רחבה וידע טכני בתקני חשבונאות אמריקאיים (US GAAP)
• ניסיון ו/או יכולת עבודה עם כלי AI – חובה
• זמינות לעבודה במשרה מלאה בשעות גמישות (עבודה מול ארה"ב) - חובה
• יכולת גבוהה לנהל צוות, יוזמה, סדר וארגון.
• יכולת ירידה לפרטים הקטנים ותודעת שירות גבוהה.
