About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, fast on the keyboard, and proud of work that's done right the first time? As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a key role in keeping our client records accurate and up to date, supporting our team as we guide clients through their tax resolution journey. This is a 60-day assignment based on-site in our Irvine office.

What You'll Do

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain client information and case data in our CRM and internal systems.
• Review source documents for completeness and accuracy, flagging missing or inconsistent information.
• Scan, index, and upload client documents into the correct case files.
• Verify data against source records and correct errors to maintain high data quality.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and keep cases moving forward.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals while handling confidential financial information with discretion.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of data entry, clerical, or administrative experience.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other standard business tools.
• Minimum typing speed of 60+ WPM with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Availability to work on-site in Irvine for the full 60-day assignment.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $25.00 per hour.

Commission: This position is not eligible for commission.

Total Compensation: Actual compensation will vary based on hours worked during the 60-day assignment.

Pay Transparency Statement: The pay rate for this temporary position is $25.00 per hour. This assignment is expected to last approximately 60 days at approximately 40 hours per week. This rate represents the Company’s good-faith estimate of the pay it reasonably expects to offer at the time of hire.
